EeveeCraft Minecraft Server - Terms of Service

3. Purchases and Donations

a. Payments: All purchases and donations made through the EeveeCraft store are final and non-refundable.

b. Chargebacks: Chargebacks or disputes with payments will result in an immediate ban from the Server.

c. Promotional Codes: The use of promotional codes is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of issuance.

4. Server Modifications

a. Modifications: Use only server-approved mods and resource packs. Any unauthorized modifications may result in a ban.

b. Client Modifications: The use of hacked clients, macros, or any software that provides unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Server Content: All original content created by or for EeveeCraft remains the property of EeveeCraft.

b. Player Builds: By participating in the server, you grant EeveeCraft the right to use, modify, or reproduce any builds or content created by players within the server.

6. Termination of Service

EeveeCraft reserves the right to terminate service to any user at any time, with or without cause.

7. Changes to Terms

EeveeCraft may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to access or use the Server, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
